Compactor Chute Cleaning

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency studies show that indoor air pollution is becoming the greatest risk to human health. Cleaning compactor chutes frequently improves air quality and reduces odors by removing mold, bacteria, dust, dirt, and other residues lingering inside the chute after trash disposal.

The specialists at Northeastern Environmental Services have developed a comprehensive compactor chute cleaning and maintenance program designed to meet your budget objectives.

Our Process

Bio-Zyme Process

We pre-soak the chute system, floor by floor, using a unique bio-enzymatic formula. This loosens the collected inorganic and organic debris. We allow the solution to sit, and then we scrape the first five to ten feet of the compactor chute and compactor. Rust will not be removed during this process.

Hot Water Power Wash

We power wash the entire chute system with a powerful disinfectant formulated with premium, natural, odor-eliminating qualities, using a rotating spinner head. This process does not remove rust.

Deodorizing Process

We scrub the inside of each hopper door and trash chute throat to make it as clean as possible. Then, we apply a deodorizer to the compactor chute, leaving you with a cleaner, fresher-smelling chute.
